- I'm a Portland, Oregon, resident and I've been painting since retirement from the navy in 1994. Thanks to an understanding wife with a great sense of humor, I've been chasing the dream of being an artist with all of it's joy, struggle, heartache and exhilaration instead of earning a living. My work can currently be found in the Rental/Sales Gallery of the Portland Art Museum and at Joanne Rollins Art of Framing, located in NW Portland.
