I found this teapot at a thrift shop on the way to my studio. The aged copper and unique shape proved irresistible.

This painting was juried into Coos Bay Art Museum's exhibition, "Expression's West, 2004 , where it won second prize and accompanying $3,000-Purchase Award. It now hangs in the permanent collection of the Southwest Oregon Community College Foundation.
